PART TWO
"Do not let anyone
deceive you in any way, because that Day will not come unless first comes the
falling away, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition,
the one opposing and exalting himself over everything being called Elohim,
or object of worship, so as for him "to sit in the temple of Elohim" as Elohim,
setting forth himself, that he is Elohim." Dan. 11:36; Eze. 28:2 2
Thessalonians 2:3-4
The falling away, or defecting from the truth of Yahweh's Word, precedes the false prophet or Anti-Messiah. Is this a generalization, or does it specifically designate certain groups and individuals. Who has the truth of Yahweh's word? Which groups/individuals are keeping the laws, statutes and judgments of Almighty Yahweh? Can you apply a broad view to this, or does it narrow down to a specific people? Consider:
"And Haman said unto king Ahasuerus, There is a certain people scattered abroad and dispersed among the peoples in all the provinces of thy kingdom; and their laws are diverse from those of every people; neither keep they the king's laws: therefore it is not for the king's profit to suffer them." Esther 3:8
This was narrowed down to a specific people. The people of this era had different laws! They had different statutes! They had different judgments! They did not keep the King's laws because these laws were in conflict with Yahweh's laws! The laws of Yahweh separate, they divide one from another.
"And Yahweh said unto
Moses, Stretch out thy hand toward heaven, that there may be darkness over the
land of Egypt, even darkness which may be felt.
And Moses stretched forth his hand toward heaven; and there was a thick
darkness in all the land of Egypt three days;
they saw not one another, neither rose any one from his place for three
days: but all the children of Israel had light in their dwellings." Exodus
10:21-23
The division of peoples is obvious here! The Israelites had light, but the Egyptians did not! A distinct separation took place.
Speaking of Yahshua the Messiah:
"For such a high priest became us, holy, guileless, undefiled, separated from sinners, and made higher than the heavens;" Hebrews 7:26
Be not unequally yoked
with unbelievers: for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? or what
communion hath light with darkness?
And what concord has Messiah with Belial? or what portion hath a believer
with an unbeliever?
And what agreement hath a temple of Yahweh with idols? for we are a temple
of the living Elohim; even as Yahweh said, I will dwell in them, and walk in
them; and I will be their Elohim, and they shall be my people.
Wherefore Come you out from among them, and be you separate, says Yahweh,
And touch no unclean thing; And I will receive you,
And will be to you a Father, And you shall be to me sons and daughters, says the
Yahweh Almighty. 2 Corinthians 6:14-18
Now! Those who are separated to Almighty Yahweh from the peoples of the earth, are separate through the Holy calling! Entering into a life and death contract with Yahweh cannot be taken lightly. Once you affirm/vow to Yahweh that you will obey every word that proceeds from His mouth, you are bound. Violation of the vow/oath brings death! Turning aside from the contract with Yahweh, places the violator in jeopardy. What happens to people who turn aside from keeping Yahweh's laws? Observe!
And Samuel said, Were you
not, even you, little in your own eyes before becoming leader of the tribes of
Israel? And Yahweh anointed you as king over Israel.
And Yahweh sent you on the way, and said, Go, and exterminate the sinners,
Then why did you not listen to the voice of Yahweh? Yes, you flew on the spoil,
and did you not do evil in the eyes of Yahweh.
And Saul said to Samuel, I did obey the voice of Yahweh, and I went in the
way which Yahweh sent me, and brought Agag the king of Amalek, and I
exterminated Amalek.
And the people took from the spoil of the flock, and the first of the
herd, that devoted, to sacrifice to Yahweh your Elohim in Gilgal.
And Samuel said, Does Yahweh delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices as
in obeying the voice of Yahweh? Behold! Obeying is better than sacrifice; to
give attention is better than the fat of rams.
For the sin of divination is rebellion; insolence is both iniquity and
idolatry. Because you have rejected the Word of Yahweh, so He has rejected you
from being king.
And Saul said to Samuel, I have sinned, for I have transgressed the mouth
of Yahweh and your word, because I feared the people, and I listened to their
voice.
And now please lift up my sin, and return with me that I may worship
Yahweh.
And Samuel said to Saul, I will not return with you, for you have rejected
the Word of Yahweh and Yahweh has rejected you from being king over Israel.
1 Samuel 15:15-26
Here the story of Saul, the first physical king of Israel, is coming to a sad end. Saul was given explicit instructions concerning the Amaekites, but he failed to obey Yahweh's voice. Thus, Almighty Yahweh rejected him from being king over His people Israel. What stands out in the story of Saul is this:
Now there was a man of
Binyamin, whose name was Kish, the son of Aviel, the son of Tzeror, the son of
Bekhorat, the son of Afiach, the son of a Binyamini, a mighty man of valor.
He had a son, whose name was Sha'ul, an impressive young man;
and there
was not among the children of Yisra'el a better person than he.
From his shoulders and upward he was higher than
any of the people. 1 Samuel 9:1-2
Saul was described as a good man. Saul was turned into another man by the power of Yahweh! Samuel prophesied to Saul what would occur in his life, and what Samuel the Prophet said, came to pass.
And
the Spirit of Yahweh will come mightily upon you, and you shall prophesy with
them, and shall be turned into another man.
And let it be, when these signs are come unto you, that you do as occasion
shall serve you; for Yahweh is with you.
And you shall go down before me to Gilgal; and, behold, I will come down
unto you, to offer burnt-offerings, and to sacrifice sacrifices of
peace-offerings: seven days shall you tarry, till I come unto you, and show you
what you shall do.
And it was so, that, when he had turned his back to go from Samuel, Yahweh gave
him another heart: and all those signs came to pass that day.
2 Samuel 10:6-9
Almighty Yahweh changed Saul into another man. His heart/mind were changed, by the power of Yahweh! But, what happened to King Saul? He failed to obey Yahweh's word exclusively. Thus, he pronounced a death sentence upon himself. The people that Yahweh sent him to destroy, ended up destroying him! He was told to save nothing alive. (1 Samuel 15:3) Did King Saul follows Yahweh's orders? No! Now he had to die because of his disobedience!
Then shall they deliver
you up unto tribulation, and shall kill you: and you shall be hated of all the
nations for my name's sake.
And then shall many stumble, and shall deliver up one another, and shall
hate one another.
And many false prophets shall arise, and shall lead many astray.
And
because iniquity shall be multiplied, the love of the many shall wax cold.
Matthew 24:9-12
The coldness that comes from lawlessness! The defection from the truth of Yahweh brings an evil spirit upon the violators! Saul inherited an evil spirit because he violated Yahweh's commandments.
"Now the Spirit of Yahweh
departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from Yahweh troubled him.
And Saul's servants said unto him, Behold now, an evil spirit from Yahweh
troubles you." 2 Samuel 16:14-15
"The unclean spirit when
he is gone out of the man, passes through waterless places, seeking rest, and
finding none, he says, I will turn back unto my house where I came out.
And when he is come, he find it swept and garnished.
Then goes he, and takes to him seven other spirits more evil than himself;
and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man becomes worse
than the first." Luke 11:24-26
Now remember how Saul was at the beginning. Saul was a good man. And many others during the course of history were considered good people, until? Yes until! Until they violated Yahweh's covenant willfully! Yes willfully! Saul willfully disobeyed Yahweh, and then to make matters worse (if that were possible) he tried to pass the blame onto the people! The blame shifting game handed down from Gan Eden! The devil made me do it! The wife you gave me! Etc. Etc.
However, individuals starting with Adam and Eve, were given options, choices! Saul could choose to follow Yahweh's commands or not to follow Yahweh's commands! Sadly, he chose the later and it cost him his life.
Many people over the centuries followed the same path as did King Saul. They chose the path of death and the lake of fire.
What is Evil?
Evil is intentionally behaving
-- or causing others to act – in ways that demean,
dehumanize, harm, destroy, or kill innocent people.
Locating Evil Within Particular People: The Rush to the Dispositional
byPhilip G. Zimbardo
"Who is responsible for evil in the world, given that there is an all-powerful,
omniscient G-d who is also all-Good?"
That conundrum began the intellectual scaffolding of the Inquisition in the 16th
and 17th centuries in Europe. As revealed in Malleus Maleficarum, the handbook
of the German Inquisitors from the Roman Catholic Ch--ch, the inquiry concluded
that the Devil was the source of all evil. However, these theologians argued the
Devil works his evil through
intermediaries, lesser demons and of course, human witches. So the hunt for evil
focused on those marginalized people who looked or acted differently from
ordinary people, who might qualify under rigorous examination of conscience, and
torture, to expose them as witches, and then put to death. They were mostly
women who could readily be exploited without sources of defense, especially when
they had resources that could be confiscated. An analysis of this legacy
of institutionalized violence against women is detailed by historian Anne
Barstow (1994) in Witchcraze. Paradoxically, this early effort of the
Inquisition to understand the origins of evil and develop interventions to cope
with evil instead created new forms of evil that fulfilled all facets of my
definition. But it exemplifies the notion of simplifying the complex problem of
widespread evil by identifying individuals who might be the guilty parties, and
then making them pay for their evil deeds.
The subject of debate among religious leaders and members of their congregations, evil, is always a topic of conversation with little understanding as to the source. Evil came from Satan. His mind was changed the minute he decided to rebel against Yahweh! His mind became twisted and this evil twisted mind was brought forth in Cain. The first recorded murder in history, was the work of Satan!
Yahshua said:
You do the works of your
father." They said to him, "We were not born of sexual immorality. We have one
Father, Elohim."
Therefore Yahshua said to them, "If Yahweh were your father, you would love me,
for I came out and have come from Yahweh. For I haven't come of myself, but he
sent me.
Why don't you understand my speech? Because you can't hear my word.
You are of your father, the devil, and you want to do the desires of your
father. He was a murderer from the beginning, and doesn't
stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he
speaks on his own; for he is a liar, and the father of it. John 8:41-44
Who now stands in the position (of these types of individuals) that has Satan as their father? Who is the spawn of Satan? Stay tuned for the answer!
Yours in Yahshua, Hawke
