Dear Hawke: I read on your web site that you investigate groups and individuals, is this true? Would you give me some information on someone who calls themselves Rabbi Mordecai HaLevi? Is this person for real? Should I have anything to do with this person or his group? Thank you for your very informative web site. I don't know if I can follow everything you write, but it is very good information anyway. Sincerely, Mrs. H.P. Pennsylvania
Dear Mrs. H.P. Thank you for your compliment, but all glory goes to Father Yahweh. As you requested I did not use your name only your initials. We have posted here at this web site (on the purpose page) that we will investigate groups or individuals if requested. So here are the results of our investigation concerning this individual.
Rabbi Mordecai HaLevy is not his real name. Our investigation led us to a former religious affiliation. One of the Elders there stated that his real name is Mitchell. (This not the Hulon Mitchell of Yahweh Ben Yahweh that we investigated some time ago.) This Elder wondered why he changed his name to this configuration? Was he evading law enforcement authorities he wondered? This Elder also stated that he is known as a thief, a liar and a charlatan with their group. He further stated that this man was, and still is a phony.
We also determined him to be affiliated with a Messianic Jewish group that advocates wearing prayer shawls and the Kippah or Yarmulke head covering for men, and they call themselves by the title of Rabbi. I have written an article on Yarmulkes here at truth on the net dot com. Also, Yahshua the Messiah said:
"But all their works they do to be seen of men: for they make broad their phylacteries, and enlarge the borders of their garments, and love the chief place at feasts, and the chief seats in the synagogues, and the salutations in the marketplaces, and to be called of men, Rabbi. But be not you called Rabbi: for one is your teacher, and all you are brethren. " Matthew 23:5-7
The kippah/yarmulke coupled with the prayer shawl, and also to call oneself Rabbi would deter me from wanting any contact with such an individual.
Personally Mrs. H.P. I would have no dealings with this man based on the information our investigators uncovered. There is a lot more, but we will not post this information here. I will write this in a letter to you personally. Thank you for writing.
Yours in Yahshua, Hawke
