Before we begin part 7 I would like to review what we have covered so far. We began our quest for truth with many questions. Where is the group of people described in the Bible? What do we look for in an organization? Let's cover some of the identifiers of true worship.

1. The one true name of the Heavenly Father is Yahweh.

2. The Bible is the exclusive source of all truth.

3. The seventh day commonly called Saturday is the Sabbath day of rest.

4. The dietary laws are still viable and necessary for us today.

The organization that is in total obedience to Yahweh's way of life will be observing the four points listed above and more; as we shall soon see. I want to continue with the dietary laws a little more before we more on to other identifiers.

Therefore Come out from among them, and be separate, says Yahweh, And touch no unclean thing; And I will receive you, And I will be to you a Father, And you shall be to me sons and daughters, says Yahweh Almighty. 2 Cor. 6:17-18

Notice the words "Touch no unclean thing" This is the Apostle Paul warning the NT readers not to touch the unclean thing. We read the law of Torah concerning this in Part 6.

Over the years I have had personal contact with world class athletes and many of these individuals considered their bodies to be a temple. The amazing thing concerning this, is the fact that many of these individuals followed no religious persuasion. Some were even atheists or so they said. This body is a temple idea is not something new! Let's see this in the time of the Apostle Paul.

Do you not know that you are a temple of Yahweh, and that the spirit of Yahweh dwells in you? If any man destroys the temple of Yahweh, Yahweh shall destroy him; for the temple of Yahweh is holy, and you are such. 1 Cor. 3:16-17

How well do you guard your body (temple)? Are you extremely careful what enters your temple? This also can include entrance through the eyes, the ears as well as the mouth. Do you take heed to your hearing? Are you careful what your eyes see? We must follow a strict diet, only consuming acceptable things according to Almighty Yahweh's dietary laws.

It was a mystery: How could Orthodox Jews who keep kosher in New York City catch tapeworms that usually afflict people who eat pork in Central America?
Forget the patient's medical history. In every case, the common denominator was a baby sitter or housekeeper.
The affair came to light last summer when a 6-year-old Brooklyn boy was stricken with a seizure while his family drove to the New Jersey shore. They turned around and took him to New York University Medical Center, where doctors feared he had a brain tumor.
The youngster was scheduled for neurosurgery when Dr. Jose Munoz, a pediatrician who specializes in infectious diseases, found the real cause. A CT scan showed two cysts in the boy's brain. They were the larval stage of taenia solium - the pork tapeworm.
The tapeworm is common in parts of Mexico and elsewhere in Central America, where people get it from eating poorly cooked infected pigs. But pork sold in the United States almost never carries the parasite, and this boy's family followed Jewish dietary rules. They never touched pork.
Americans also sometimes get the worm when they go to places where it is common. However, this patient and his family had not traveled.
Dr. Deborah Persaud, questioned the boy's mother and discovered the family had used 16 different baby sitters from Central America.
We were initially very confused," Munoz said. "But by the end of the first day, there was no doubt that was what had to be going on."
Munoz called Dr. Peter Schantz, an authority on parasitic diseases at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control. During that summer, Schantz heard of two other cases of the tapeworm from Orthodox Jewish families in the same part of Brooklyn, and he learned of another case there that had been treated a year earlier.
Schantz and two CDC colleagues conducted a formal investigation. Starting with the four initial victims, they checked 17 immediate family members and found that seven from two families also had been exposed to the tapeworm. BR> In every case, the Common denominator was a baby sitter or housekeeper from Central America.
Schantz, Munoz and other doctors involved wrote up their findings for today's New England Journal of Medicine.

Carrying worm eggs

The doctors believe that in each case, housekeepers unknowingly carried tapeworms in their intestines and contaminated the family's food with worm eggs. People's skin, clothing and dirt under their fingernails can harbor the eggs.
In the section of Brooklyn where the outbreak occurred, most of the 6,000 or so families employ housekeepers, and about 90% of them are from Latin American countries where, the tapeworm is common.
The researchers noted that people who carry the tapeworms and risk infecting others can be cured with a single dose of the drug praziquantel.

See how easy it is for parasites to  be passed along? Yes, we must take all necessary precautions to keep ourselves free from any internal injury that would debilitate us in any way. Almighty Yahweh wants the very best for his children. Wouldn't we want the same for our children, and for ourselves as well? I certainly hope so! This will end part 7 concerning dietary laws.

"And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come forth, my people, out of her, that you have no fellowship with her sins, and that you receive not of her plagues: for her sins have reached even to heaven, and Yahweh has remembered her iniquities." Rev. 18:4-5
