Behavior Reflects Personality!

It Begins in the Mind!

"Have this mind in you, which was also in Messiah Yahshua:" Philippians 2:5

What would be the mind and personality of Yahshua the Messiah? Could we say that lurking deep and darkly within the Messiah, resided a serial killer? How about the personality and character of a bully, a serial bully? What was truly in the mind of Yahshua, murder and mayhem?

"I am the door; by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and go out, and shall find pasture.
The thief cometh not, but that he may steal, and kill, and destroy: I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly.
I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.
He that is a hireling, and not a shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, behold the wolf coming, and leaves the sheep, and flee, and the wolf snatches them, and scattered them:
he flees because he is a hireling, and cares not for the sheep.
I am the good shepherd; and I know mine own, and mine own know me,
even as the Father knows me, and I know the Father; and I lay down my life for the sheep. John 10:9-15

Could it be said of Yahshua that he always put himself first? Can it be said that Yahshua was arrogant...narcissistic...grandiose...a despot? Yahshua was nothing like the definitions of these aforementioned words. Yahshua did this:

[Yahshua] "who, existing in the form of Elohim, counted not the being on an equality with Yahweh a thing to be grasped,
but emptied himself, taking the form of a servant, being made in the likeness of men;
and being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, becoming obedient even unto death, yes, the death of the tree." Philippians 2:6-8

What kind of mind behaves in this manner? A mind that is in humble submission to Father Yahweh!

And Yahshua said this, and did this:

"_I_ am the door. If anyone enters through Me, he will be saved, and he will come in and will go out and will find pasture.
"The thief does not come except so that he should steal and kill and destroy. _I_ came so that they shall have life, and they shall have [it] abundantly!
"_I_ am the good shepherd! The good shepherd lays down His life on behalf of the sheep.
"But the hired worker, not being also a shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, watches the wolf coming and leaves the sheep and flees, and the wolf seizes them and scatters the sheep.
"Now the hired worker flees because he is a hired worker and is not concerned about the sheep.
"_I_ am the good shepherd, and I know My [own], and I am known by My [own].
"Just as the Father knows Me, and I know the Father, and I lay down My life on behalf of the sheep.
"And other sheep I have which are not from this fold. These also it is necessary [for] Me to bring, and My voice they will hear. And they will become one flock, one shepherd.
"For this reason the Father loves Me, because _I_ lay down My life, so that I shall take it [up] again.
"No one takes it from Me, _but_ _I_ lay it down of Myself; I have authority to lay it down, and I have authority to take it [up] again. This command I received from My Father." John 10:9-18 [ALT]

Now if behavior reflects personality/character, and it does; what would one determine from these passages already quoted? One would determine that Yahshua the true Messiah was a humble, giving and loving individual with the care of His sheep [people] as one of His main concerns.

As many people know and believe, the core of the human personality is established early in life and it does not change fundamentally over time. There are certain aspects of the personality that can be changed but, the core is set; unless changed supernaturally by Almighty Yahweh and Yahshua the Messiah. Such is the case in this passage:

"And they came to the other side of the sea, into the country of the Gerasenes.
And when he was come out of the boat, straightway there met him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit,
who had his dwelling in the tombs: and no man could any more bind him, no, not with a chain;
because that he had been often bound with fetters and chains, and the chains had been rent asunder by him, and the fetters broken in pieces: and no man had strength to tame him.
And always, night and day, in the tombs and in the mountains, he was crying out, and cutting himself with stones.
And when he saw Yahshua from afar, he ran and worshipped him;
and crying out with a loud voice, he said, What have I to do with thee, Yahshua, you Son of the Most High Elohim? I adjure you by Elohim, torment me not.
For he said unto him, Come forth, you unclean spirit, out of the man.
And he asked him, What is thy name? And he said unto him, My name is Legion; for we are many.
And he besought him much that he would not send them away out of the country.
Now there was there on the mountain side a great herd of swine feeding.
And they besought him, saying, Send us into the swine, that we may enter into them.
And he gave them leave. And the unclean spirits came out, and entered into the swine: and the herd rushed down the steep into the sea, in number about two thousand; and they were drowned in the sea.
And they that fed them fled, and told it in the city, and in the country. And they came to see what it was that had come to pass.
And they come to Yahshua, and behold him that was possessed with demons sitting, clothed and in his right mind, even him that had the legion: and they were afraid.
And they that saw it declared unto them how it befell him that was possessed with demons, and concerning the swine." Mark 5:1-16

The mental determination of this man after coming into contact with Yahshua, and after Yahshua drove out the demons from his mind, is; his mental core was dynamically changed. It should/could be understood from this passage that the man was out of his mind, but, after Yahshua's intervention he was now in his right or sane mind.

The mind of a serial killer is remarkably similar to the mind of a serial bully. The objectives of the serial killer are to Manipulate, Dominate, Subjugate and Control their victims. The same characteristics are found in serial bullies. The one (serial killers) stalk, capture, torture, humiliate and dehumanize their victims physically. Then they kill them in assorted ways! The victims of the serial bully are destroyed in much the same manner without the actual physical killing taking place. The serial bully destroys lives! The serial bully's MO (modus Operand) is violence by psychological application which leaves only destroyed lives but no apparent physical evidence linking them to the crime. The serial bully's first victims are his family members. The male serial bully will destroy his wife first, perhaps even causing incapacitation of some kind, by his extreme anger and continuous verbal abuse! His use of manipulation, isolation, and verbal abuse, begins the psychological damage on all the family members. Many serial killers reported during FBI interviews of this type/occurrence of abuse coming from their father or mother which inflicted such psychological damage, forensic psychiatrists say actually altered the personality of the serial killer. Would verbal abuse, criticism, constant fault finding, and coupled with the absence of any praise, worth/value, and any personal acknowledgement that their family members are actually precious and relevant in/to the family cause any sound mentality? Can constant harangues, damaging diatribes, and shameful treatment such as being exposed to devaluation via prolix abuse, and constant overaggressive control shape the mind into any form of rightness? No, this only seeks to destroy those who suffer under the control of serial bullies as do the victims of serial killers. Both dehumanize and devalue their victims!

Another similar character trait between serial killers and serial bullies is narcissism. The DSM IV-TR says that the narcissist exhibits a pervasive pattern of grandiosity, (usually in fantasy behavior) the need for admiration, (praise) the lack of empathy, (pretends to care) and the belief that they are "special" and can only be understood by others with these same "special" or high-status personas. Serial bullies have a grand sense of entitlement (they think everything is owed to them) and because of this they think there should be automatic compliance by the absolute subservience of others not in or at their status level. These individuals are exploitative and only seek their own needs and will find ways to fulfill these needs. The subjugation of all others is of primary concern as these want and seek absolute control over everything. The serial killer must be in absolute control of the victim with a life and death determination being solely in their hands and control. Serial Killer Ted Bundy told the FBI interviewer..."murder isn't just a crime of lust or violence, it becomes possession. They are part of you...You feel the last bit of breath leaving their bodies...You are looking into their eyes...A person in that situation is [Elohim]! Serial killers must possess and they must control the victims in entirety. The same is said for serial bullies.

"I encourage the elders among you* [as] a fellow-elder and a witness of the sufferings of Messiah and a partaker of the glory being about to be revealed:
shepherd [or, pastor] the flock of Yahweh, the [one] among you*, overseeing not under compulsion _but_ willingly, nor with greediness for dishonest gain _but_ eagerly,
nor as domineering over the [ones] allotted to your* care, _but_ being examples to the flock. 1 Peter 5:1-3 [ALT] domineering as translated in this version is:

From this one could see the despotic leadership of someone that would only care for themselves and not Yahweh's sheep (people) as can be read in Ezekiel 34

"And the Word of Jehovah was to me, saying,
Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel. Prophesy and say to them, to the shepherds, So says the Sovereign Yahweh: Woe to the shepherds of Israel who are feeding themselves! Should not the shepherds feed the flock?
You eat the fat and clothe yourselves with the wool, you sacrifice the fat ones, and you do not feed the flock.
You have not made the weak strong; and you have not healed the sick, and you have not bound up the broken. And the banished have not been brought back, and you have not sought the lost, but you rule them with force and with harshness.
And they were scattered for lack of a shepherd. And they became food to all the beasts of the field when they were scattered.
My sheep strayed through all the mountains and on every high hill. And My sheep were scattered on all the face of the earth, and none searched, and none sought for them. Ezekiel 34:1-6 [LITV] Force and harshness [cruelty] are understood by the following definitions:

These definitions align with the warning found in 1 Peter 5:3 concerning the behavior of true shepherds.

The serial bully is very adroit at distortion or promulgating propaganda against anyone who would be on to their real intentions. Any person who is capable of exposing them and revealing their true intentions will be set upon or against. This will occur either directly or by proxy such as having others do their dirty work. Serial bullies will orchestrate an attack upon their target to discredit them or to get even for exposing them and their (the serial bully) real/true character/personality. Serial bullies will create a negative view of their target in the minds of their family members first, then members of their congregation, and next any others in their inner circle that they can manipulate for their continued domination and control over the lives of all that are around them. They can only be in total control and will use any means necessary to obtain this objective.

"I wrote somewhat unto the assembly: but Diotrephes, who loves to have the preeminence among them, receives us not." 3 John 1:9

The serial bully will portray the target (the perceived enemy, the one who can expose them) as irresponsible, unstable, undependable, uncaring, unreliable and untrustworthy, perhaps by the constant highlighting - using distortion and fabrication - of alleged failures, breaches of trust, lack of reliability, etc. The process is reinforced by inclusion of the occasional piece of juicy gossip about the target's alleged misdemeanors or untrustworthiness in respect of relationships and communication with people. The serial bully will seek to discredit and devalue their target even resorting to slander, if it suits their purpose. Any person who is capable of exposing and breaking the dependency is targeted with venom and will find their name blackened at every opportunity.

When close to being outwitted and exposed, the bully feigns victimhood and turns the focus on themselves - this is another example of manipulating people through their emotion of guilt, such as sympathy, feeling sorry themselves, etc. When the target tries to explain the game, they are immediately labeled "paranoid". Attention-seeking behavior is common with emotionally immature people.

The serial bully is easy to spot once you know what you are looking at: a Jekyll and Hyde nature, compulsive lying, manipulation (especially of emotions, perceptions, beliefs, etc), unpredictability, deception, denial, arrogance, narcissism, attention-seeking, etc - all the while charming and plausible, especially when impressionable witnesses are present. These serial bully types parallel the serial killer with the same narcissistic Jekyll and Hyde personality that was determined in the notorious serial killer, Ted Bundy! This split/dual personality masks the real identity of these serial types! People think they are nice people but...the other side of these serial typologies is very bad...very evil...Satanic!

When the serial bully/killer is thwarted, outwitted, or exposed, they act out, they become like (or pretend to be) innocent victims. They even exhibit child like feel sorry for me behavior. What is the principle animating influence with these typologies? One of the major similarities of these narcissistic destroyers was something that caused the Great Savior Yahshua to be delivered up to His death...Envy!

"But Pilate answered to them, saying, "Do you* desire [that] I release to you* the King of the Jews?"
For he knew that because of envy the chief priests had handed Him over." Mark 15:9-10

Yes! Envy is found in both the serial killer and the serial bully! Among adult narcissistic destroyers, the principal animating influence is the green monster — envy. "The wish to destroy goodness is probably the simplest definition of envy," says Meloy. "These guys often have pretty barren lives in terms of what we call 'good objects,' and they want to damage or destroy the goodness they cannot have. They need to make the almost intolerable feeling of envy go away, so they take a woman and defile and devalue her, like Bundy plucking the young flowers of the upper middle class. If you can do that completely, she wasn't worth having in the first place, and you've removed the cause for envy."

Here we have a modern day parallel application of what caused Yahshua's ultimate deliverance and demise, envy. The serial killer/bully wants to damage or destroy any goodness they cannot have or do not possess. Can this mind or behavior depiction be found within any true leader of Yahweh's people? Is this common in Ministers of assorted denominations today? Yes, sad to say, and particularly in those Sacred Name Groups that profess a belief in Yahshua the Messiah! Some of these are the worst! Years ago you would have never thought that any minister would view pornography either! Sad to say, many do, close to seventy percent of ecumenical ministers professing a belief in the Bible have viewed pornography right in the very office where they are serving as a minister. And yes, this applies even in the Sacred Name Movement! Can anyone who names these names (the Father Yahweh and the Son Yahshua) actually commit sin? Yes, more than a few. Someday soon I am going to post my files online and I will name names and name their sins. This is coming...soon...very soon!

This is what the referencing to more than one Yahweh and more than one Savior Yahshua as follows is all about. Can there be more than one Yahweh? Can there be a Yahweh that calls for strict obedience to His word and can there be a Yahweh that lessens or reduces the requirements of the Holy Word or allows sin? Can there be more than one Yahshua? One that taught Yahweh's commandments as found in this passage:

"And, behold, coming near, one said to Him, Good Teacher, what good thing shall I do that I may have eternal life?
And He said to him, Why do you call Me good? No one is good except One, Yahweh! But if you desire to enter into life, keep the commandments.
He said to Him, Which? And Yahshua said, "You shall not commit murder, nor commit adultery, nor steal, nor bear false witness,
honor your father and your mother," and, "You shall love your neighbor as yourself." [Ex. 20:12-16; Lev. 19:18; Deut. 5:16-20]
Mat 19:20 The young man said to Him, All these things I have kept from my youth. What do I still lack? Matthew 19:16-20

Can there be another Yahshua that weakens the commandments and allows sin, tolerances, and deviations in the Biblical requirements such as trimming beards or shaving? Cutting women's hair short or not wearing head coverings in services? Allowing polygamy, fornication, adultery, homosexuality, incest, and every abominable behavior one can imagine? What about a Yahshua that allows the eating of unclean foods? Are there other Yahshua's?

"Yahshua began to say to them, "See to it that no one deceives you.
Many will come in my name and say, 'I am he,' and they will deceive many people. Mark 13:5-6

Yes, many will come in the very name of Yahshua saying that the Messiah is he and or that the Messiah is with them and their group! Can these people be true? Can they teach doctrines contrary to the word and have any credibility? No...Absolutely not! Will the Messiah be with this group of people? No true leader will display any despotic behavior nor will they act in the same fashion or behavior pattern as described herein concerning serial killers/bullies. The Messiah's representative (s) will not be serial bullies seeking to control and rule over people by any means necessary!

"And the chief priests and the scribes heard it, and sought how they might destroy him: for they feared him, for all the multitude was astonished at his teaching." Mark 11:18

"Wrath is cruel, and anger is overwhelming; but who is able to stand before envy?" Proverbs 27:4
